Job Description
#### Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend and frontend components of our web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple platforms. As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. #### Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Design and implement server-side logic using Java or Python, ensuring efficient and scalable applications.
- Frontend Development: Build user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, focusing on responsiveness and accessibility.
- Database Management: Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval.
- API Development: Create RESTful APIs using frameworks like Spring Boot or Django REST Framework for seamless integration with our frontend.
- Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and perform system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for both developers and end-users, including API documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
#### Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a backend and frontend role, with a strong focus on Full Stack development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java or Python, experience with Spring Boot or Django REST Framework, knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
