Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben in unserem Team:

• Berate und betreue unsere Kunden freundlich und lösungsorientiert – telefonisch, per Mail oder im Chat.
• Beantworte Anfragen und finde für jeden Bedarf die passende Lösung.
• Betreue Bestandskunden, nutze Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale und reaktiviere frühere Kontakte.
• Halte alle Informationen sauber im System fest und arbeite eng mit Kollegen aus anderen Bereichen zusammen – für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

• Du hast Erfahrung und Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen – auch Kundenberater* (z.B. aus dem Einzelhandel) sind willkommen
• Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Organisationstalent
• Technisches Interesse und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
