Zur Verstärkung unseres wachsenden Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Meister / Ingenieur (m/w/d) für Sanitär-, Rohr- und/oder Umwelttechnik.

Aufgaben

Projektplanung und Projektkoordination

Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination von Projekten im Bereich Rohrleitungs-, Sanitär-, Kanal- oder Anlagenbau – von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe. Dabei stellen Sie eine termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechte Umsetzung sicher.

Technische Verantwortung

Sie planen, dimensionieren und optimieren Sanitär-, Rohrleitungs- und Umweltanlagen unter Berücksichtigung technischer, wirtschaftlicher und gesetzlicher Anforderungen. Bei technischen Störungen analysieren Sie die Ursachen und entwickeln praxistaugliche, nachhaltige Lösungen.

Teamführung und Einsatzplanung

Sie führen Mitarbeitende fachlich, planen den Personaleinsatz auf Baustellen und koordinieren beteiligte Fremdfirmen sowie interne Fachbereiche. Als zentrale Schnittstelle sorgen Sie für eine reibungslose Projektabwicklung.

Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung

Sie erstellen technische Dokumentationen, Berichte und Projektnachweise. Zudem stellen Sie sicher, dass gesetzliche, technische, sicherheitsrelevante und umweltbezogene Vorgaben eingehalten werden.

Kundenbetreuung und Zusammenarbeit

Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Behörden und Projektpartner. Durch Ihre verbindliche Kommunikation und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Beteiligten tragen Sie maßgeblich zum Projekterfolg bei.

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung im SHK-Handwerk, zum Beispiel als Installateur- und Heizungsbaumeister, Meister für Rohr-, Kanal- und Industrieservice oder über ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium in Versorgungstechnik, Umwelttechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
• Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sanitärtechnik, Rohrleitungsbau, Kanaltechnik, Anlagenbau oder Umwelttechnik mit.
• Sie kennen einschlägige Vorschriften und Regelwerke wie DIN, DWA, VDI sowie Arbeitsschutzvorgaben und arbeiten sicher mit MS Office.
• Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie durch eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus.
• Ein Führerschein der Klasse B sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens auf Niveau B2, runden Ihr Profil ab.
