Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikations- und Designkonzepten für interne und externe Medien
• Gestaltung von Layouts, Grafiken, Visuals und Präsentationen im Einklang mit unserem Corporate Design
• Erstellung unterschiedlicher Marketingmaterialien wie Flyer, Broschüren, Social‑Media‑Content und Webelemente
• Beobachtung von Trends im Design- und Kommunikationsbereich sowie Ableitung neuer Ideen und kreativer Ansätze
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Redaktion und weiteren Fachbereichen
• Unterstützung bei der visuellen Gestaltung von internen Kampagnen und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign, Grafikdesign oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Erfahrung in Layout, Typografie, Bildbearbeitung und Markenführung
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Webdesign, UI/UX oder Motion Design
• Kreativität, hohes ästhetisches Verständnis und starke Detailgenauigkeit
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamorientierung und Bereitschaft, kreative Standards aktiv mitzugestalten
