Job Description

Als Full-Service-Dienstleister für audiovisuelle Lösungen realisieren und betreiben wir Medientechnik in Konferenzräumen, Eventflächen und Arbeitswelten. Unser Leistungsspektrum reicht von der Planung und Installation von AV-Systemen über Managed Services bis hin zur Betreuung von Veranstaltungen und interaktiven Medienprojekten.

Für die Betreuung eines Kundenstandorts in Düsseldorf suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Mediengestalter/Medientechniker.

Aufgaben

Beratung von Kunden, Agenturen und internen Projektbeteiligten zu möglichen Medienformaten, Inhalten und Umsetzungen • Erstellung, Anpassung und Aufbereitung digitaler Medien nach Kundenvorgabe • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Printmedien nach Kundenvorgabe • Anpassung von Inhalten für Sonderformate, Displays, LED-Wände und sonstige digitale Ausgabemedien • Sichtung, Überprüfung und Anpassung von Kundeninhalten hinsichtlich Format, Auflösung, Lesbarkeit und technischer Umsetzbarkeit • Einspielen, Verwalten und Prüfen digitaler Medieninhalte auf unterschiedlichen Systemen • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Playlisten für Campus-, Standort- und Kundenlösungen • Unterstützung bei der inhaltlichen und gestalterischen Vorbereitung von Events, Präsentationen, Streaming-Formaten und digitalen Anwendungen • Aufrechterhaltung des Regelbetriebs von Medientechnik bei Kunden und an betreuten Standorten • Durchführung von Service-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an medientechnischen Systemen • Technische Betreuung von Veranstaltungen, Präsentationen, Streams und sonstigen Kundenformaten • Einrichtung, Prüfung und Inbetriebnahme von medientechnischen Systemen • Durchführung von Funktionstests, Fehleranalysen und einfachen Entstörungsmaßnahmen • Telefonischer und persönlicher Support von Kunden im laufenden Betrieb • Dokumentation durchgeführter Tätigkeiten, Serviceeinsätze und technischer Änderungen • Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Service, Kunden und weiteren internen Fachabteilungen

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Mediengestaltung, Medientechnik, Veranstaltungstechnik, AV-Technik oder einem verwandten Fachbereich • Gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Aufbereitung digitaler Medien • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Grafik-, Layout-, Video- oder Content-Management- Systemen • Technisches Verständnis für medientechnische Systeme, Signalwege, Displays, Zuspieltechnik und digitale Medienformate • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Veranstaltungen, Präsentationen, Streaming-Formaten oder medientechnischen Installationen wünschenswert • Eigenverantwortliches, lösungsorientiertes und strukturiertes Arbeiten • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie verbindliches Auftreten • Integrationsfähigkeit, Loyalität, Konfliktfähigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit • Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen außerhalb regulärer Arbeitszeiten • Sorgfältige, qualitätsbewusste und termingerechte Arbeitsweise • Analytisches, vernetztes und vorausschauendes Denken • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in der Abstimmung mit Kunden, Agenturen, Projektleitung und internen Teams • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
