Aufgaben
- Du gestaltest performanceorientierte Werbemittel für digitale Kanäle – von der statischen Anzeige bis zum animierten Video. Du verstehst, dass gutes Design im Performance-Kontext nicht nur schön aussieht, sondern konvertiert.
- Konzeption und Gestaltung von Ad Creatives für Social Media (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) – statisch und animiert
- Videoschnitt und Motion Design: Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Videoanzeigen, Story Ads, Reels-Formaten
- Gestaltung von Bannern und Displayanzeigen in verschiedenen Formaten und Größen
- Erstellung von Landingpage-Grafiken, Hero-Visuals und sonstigen Web-Assets
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Design-Templates und Styleguides
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Performance-Team zur kreativen Umsetzung von Kampagnenzielen
- Iterative Anpassung von Creatives auf Basis von A/B-Tests und Performance-Daten
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mediengestalter oder vergleichbares Studium im Designbereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) & Figma im täglichen Arbeitsalltag
- Erfahrung in Videoschnitt und Motion Design – Umsetzung von Ad-Videos und Animationen für Social-Media-Formate
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von digitalen Werbemitteln
- Erfahrung im Agenturumfeld – Verständnis für Kundenbriefings, & Feedbackprozesse
