Job Title: Full Stack Developer
#### Overview:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of our applications and platforms. You will work closely with product management, designers, and other developers to ensure the quality and efficiency of our projects. Your expertise in front-end and back-end development, along with your ability to collaborate effectively, will be vital in our mission to create innovative solutions to meet client needs.
#### Responsibilities:
1. Front-End Development:
- Develop and maintain user-friendly web applications using modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React and Vue.js.
- Collaborate with designers to create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure consistent design across our applications.
- Implement responsive design techniques to ensure optimal performance on various devices and screen sizes.
2. Back-End Development:
- Write and maintain server-side code using Python, Ruby, or Node.js, depending on the project needs.
- Implement database solutions using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to manage application data.
- Develop APIs using RESTful principles to integrate with front-end applications and external services.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the reliability and security of the applications.
3. Full Stack Development:
- Create and maintain APIs using frameworks such as Express.js or Django to enhance application functionality.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to implement cross-platform features and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and provide support to end-users.
4. Project Management:
- Participate in project planning and execution, including planning, designing, and testing new applications.
- Write clear and concise project documentation and maintain technical notes to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the team's technical knowledge through regular code reviews and sharing of best practices.
5. Technical Skills:
- Expert level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js).
- Experience with back-end technologies (Python, Ruby, Node.js).
- Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proficiency with APIs and RESTful principles.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
6. Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
#### Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience with back-end technologies (Python, Ruby, Node.js).
- Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with APIs and RESTful principles.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
