Responsibilities include generating and refining visual concepts using AI tools such as text-to-image, video, and layout automation. The Lead Creative will experiment with emerging AI workflows to improve quality, speed, and creative output, while also guiding creative direction to ensure all work is in line with brand and purpose. They will collaborate closely with the design, strategy, and business teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven creative solutions.
To excel in this role, the Lead Creative should have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create outstanding work, including examples of AI-enhanced projects. Proficiency in design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms, is essential, as is experience leading project teams, mentoring peers, and contributing to a shared creative vision.
