Aufgaben
- Du versetzt Dich in die Lage unserer Kunden und setzt für Sie eigenständig Recruiting- und Performance Meta & Google Ads Kampagnen auf.
- Du triffst innerhalb unserer erprobten Strukturen selbst die richtigen Entscheidungen: Welche Werbematerialien gehen live, welche Zielgruppe wird angepasst, wo muss optimiert werden.
- Du baust und steuerst Outbound- und E-Mail-Kampagnen im Backend für unsere Kunden – du bist der Motor hinter performanten Sequenzen, die Leads in Gespräche verwandeln.
- Du behältst laufende Kampagnen im Blick, erkennst Auffälligkeiten in den Zahlen frühzeitig und schlägst proaktiv Anpassungen vor und setzt sie nach Absprache mit dem Account Manager um.
- Du schreibst starke Outbound-Copies (Cold Emails, Follow-ups und Sequenzen) mit Fokus auf Open Rates, Replies und Conversion.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Account Managern zusammen, um Offers, Messaging und Kampagnenstrategie maximal zu schärfen und auf Performance auszurichten.
- Du arbeitest komplett im Backend ohne direkten Kundenkontakt – dein Fokus liegt auf Copy, Struktur, Testing und Skalierung.
- Du nutzt KI-Tools sinnvoll im Arbeitsalltag, um schneller und besser zu liefern.
Qualifikation
- Mindestens 1–2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit Meta Ads Manager (eigenständig Kampagnen aufgesetzt, nicht nur "Marketing studiert")
- Du bist stark im Copywriting und verstehst, wie gute E-Mail-Texte Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen und Menschen zum Antworten bewegen.
- Ein gutes visuelles Auge und analytisches Denken: Du erkennst, ob ein Creative funktioniert oder nicht und kannst an Zahlen erkennen, warum eine Kampagne performed oder nicht.
- Du hast eine pragmatische, mitdenkende Art. Wenn etwas nicht passt sprichst Du es an und löst es selbstständig.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Ergebnisse.
