Deine Rolle:

Als Marketing Manager (m/w/d) ist dein Ziel nicht, „Marketing zu betreiben“, sondern Nachfrage zu schaffen, Wachstum aktiv zu treiben und toern als führende Lösung im Markt zu positionieren.

Du sorgst dafür, dass die richtigen Menschen zur richtigen Zeit von uns hören – und vor allem verstehen, warum es toern braucht.

Dabei bist du nicht nur in der Planung, sondern vor allem in der operativen Umsetzung entscheidend daran beteiligt, die Marke skalierbar aufzubauen und das Wachstum von toern aktiv voranzutreiben.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für eine konsistente und wirkungsvolle Kommunikation über alle Kanäle hinweg
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Growth- und Marketingkampagnen (HubSpot, Paid, Organic)
• Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Newsletter, Website & Partnermarketing)
• Konzeption und Umsetzung von Event- und Messeauftritten zur Lead-Generierung
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Slides und Keynotes für interne und externe Use Cases

Qualifikation

• 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-, Growth- oder SaaS-Marketing
• Starkes Verständnis für Positionierung, Zielgruppen und Funnel-Denken
• Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl in Deutsch und Englisch
• Starke Copywriting- und Content-Skills
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und hands-on Arbeitsweise
• AI-affin: Du nutzt AI-Tools nicht nur, sondern denkst aktiv mit, wie du sie in deinen Arbeitsalltag integrierst, um schneller, besser und wirkungsvoller zu arbeiten
