Aufgaben

Kein Tag ist wie der andere.

Du betreust mehrere Unternehmen und sorgst dafür, dass diese sichtbar werden und wachsen.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

• Planung und Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook und LinkedIn)
• Erstellung von Foto-, Video- und Reel-Content
• Content auf Baustellen und bei Veranstaltungen aufnehmen
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Webseiten
• Fehler und Verbesserungspotenziale auf Webseiten erkennen
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Marketingideen
• Betreuung und Optimierung von Google Ads
• Planung und Optimierung von Meta Ads
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen und Dienstleistern
• Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen und Recruiting-Kampagnen
• Organisation von Fotoshootings und Marketingaktionen
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unserer Marketingprozesse

Dein Arbeitsplatz ist hauptsächlich in unserem Büro in Leipheim.

Regelmäßig bist du aber auch an unseren Standorten in Moosburg, Bellenberg, Burgau oder Peißenberg unterwegs. Denn guter Content entsteht dort, wo gearbeitet wird.

Qualifikation

Du musst kein perfekter Marketing-Profi sein.

Aber du solltest bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit:
