Belegkliniken Deutschlands. Mit dem Neubau bieten wir unseren

Aufgaben

Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsführung und das kaufmännische Management bei der finanziellen und operativen Steuerung der Klinik. Dazu gehören insbesondere:

• Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege aussagekräftiger Finanz-, Controlling- und Steuerungsinstrumente
• Analyse von Erlösen, Kosten, Leistungen, Auslastung, Produktivität und weiteren relevanten Klinik-KPIs
• Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Präsentationen für Geschäftsführung und Management
• Mitwirkung bei Budgetierung, Forecasting, Monatsanalysen und Abweichungsanalysen
• Identifikation von wirtschaftlichen Handlungsfeldern und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
• Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Strukturen, Systemen und Steuerungslogiken
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern

Qualifikation

Sie passen besonders gut zu uns, wenn Sie analytisch stark sind, Verantwortung übernehmen möchten und Freude daran haben, sich in komplexe kaufmännische und operative Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten.

Wünschenswert sind insbesondere:

• abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Gesundheitsökonomie, Finance, Controlling, Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Finance, Consulting, Transaktions-/Projektgeschäft oder in einer analytischen Managementfunktion
• sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Software- und Reporting-Lösungen
• ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und die Fähigkeit, aus Daten konkrete Schlussfolgerungen abzuleiten
• gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine klare, verbindliche Kommunikation
• strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• hohe Lernbereitschaft, Eigenmotivation und Interesse daran, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
• Interesse am Gesundheitswesen und an der wirtschaftlichen Steuerung einer Klinik

Erfahrung im Krankenhaus- oder Gesundheitswesen ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung. Entscheidend sind analytische Stärke, Lernfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbereitschaft und der Wille, sich langfristig in die Kliniksteuerung einzuarbeiten.
