DEINE MISSION ALS OPERATIONS TEAMLEAD BEI LILLYDOO

• Du steuerst das operative Tagesgeschäft und stellst die tägliche Zielerreichung im Lager- und Transportbereich sicher
• Du koordinierst den wöchentlichen Personalbedarf und bestellst bei Bedarf Leiharbeitskräfte
• Du überwachst und kontrollierst die Abläufe in Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Verpackung und Versand
• Du bist direkte Ansprechperson bei operativen Störungen und Engpässen und sorgst für adäquate Lösungen
• Du führst Stichprobenprüfungen durch und stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sicher
• Du steuerst Bestandsmanagement und Materialfluss und verantwortest die Durchführung von Inventuren
• Du erfasst operative Kennzahlen, erstellst Auswertungen und besprichst diese mit dem Operations Lead
• Du identifizierst Schulungsbedarfe, leitest Mitarbeitende an und begleitest die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
• Du pflegst Betriebsdokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen tagesaktuell
• Du stellst die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien sicher
• Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern zusammen

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit E-Commerce- oder Retail-Erfahrung
