Logistics Team Leadership Position - Hamm

Your role as the heart of our daily operations will involve coaching, motivating, and supporting your team of shoppers, ensuring they feel supported and work together towards achieving our daily goals.
As a Logistics Team Leader, your responsibilities include:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 20+ Shoppers. You will be their first point of contact, always providing an open ear and fostering their development.
- Work collaboratively with other team leaders and shift leaders to proactively manage processes in the fulfillment center. You will ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time, safely, and in excellent condition. You will be the rock who maintains composure in stressful situations and radiates calmness.
- Bring forward innovative ideas to continuously improve logistics processes in partnership with leadership. Encourage your team to think critically and actively participate.
- Be rewarded with a salary ranging from €34,000 to €38,000, commensurate with your performance, for personal and professional growth opportunities.
To excel in this role, you should:
- Have an advanced education in Logistics, Hotel Management, Gastronomy, or similar fields.
- Alternatively, bring at least 1 year of experience in leadership or a similar position in logistics.
- Speak fluently in German and have good English language skills to communicate effectively with our international team.
- Be flexible and willing to work in two shifts (6:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00, including Saturdays), committed to a 37.5-hour work week.
