Team Leader - Fulfillment Center - Logistics
Key Responsibilities
Are you passionate about leading a team that drives success? Our logistics team leader position in Nürnberg is a chance for you to inspire, motivate, and ensure a positive and supportive work environment. As the focal point for our Fulfillment Center (FC) operations, you will be responsible for steering the logistics processes, coaching, motivating, and supporting your team of 20+ Shoppers.
What We Expect From You
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 20+ Shoppers. You are their first point of contact, always have an open ear, and foster their development.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team leaders and shift supervisors to proactively manage processes in the FC. You contribute significantly to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Tuesdays: Ensure all purchases are delivered on time, safely, and in excellent quality, always maintaining a cool head and radiating calm in stressful situations. You are the rock that holds the team together, especially in challenging circumstances.
- Process Optimization: Share your ideas and collaborate with leadership to continually improve our logistics processes. Encourage your team to think and actively engage.
- Fair Compensation: Earn between 34,000€ and 38,000€ gross annually, evaluated through yearly performance reviews, for personal and financial development opportunities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, hotel management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in team leadership or a similar management position in logistics.
