Position: Leadership Role - Fulfillment Center Manager, Hamm, Germany
At Picnic, we are passionate about inspiring and leading our team to success. We are looking for a Manager of Logistics (M/W/D) to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 20+ Shoppers in our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Hamm, Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 20+ Shoppers. You are their first point of contact and always have an open ear and encourage their development.
- Work collaboratively with other team leaders and shift leaders to proactively manage processes in the FC. Your positive and supportive work environment fosters a strong team spirit.
- Ensure smooth deliveries of all goods in a timely, secure, and high-quality condition, demonstrating decisiveness and a cool head in stressful situations.
- Bring innovative ideas to life and continuously improve our logistics processes together with the leadership team. Encourage your team to think and actively participate.
- Competitive Salary with Performance Reviews, ranging from €34,000 to €38,000 gross per year.
Requirements:
- Completion of a formal education in Logistics, Hotel, Catering, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in team leadership or similar leadership position in Logistics.
- Fluent in German and strong English language skills for communication within our multinational team.
- Flexible for working 2 shifts (6:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00, including weekends) in a 37.5-hour week.
