Lead Full Stack Developer
We are currently seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in the bustling tech hub of Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for technology, a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in a range of technologies, including but not limited to React, Python, and Node.js, and has a deep understanding of database design and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design and implementation of cutting-edge web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Develop and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient codebase using industry-standard practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, helping to accelerate their growth and expertise.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the industry, and integrate them into our projects.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear and concise technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, plus 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying web applications using modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies.
- Strong understanding of database design and implementation, including relational and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies: React, Python, Node.js, and JavaScript.
- Experience in developing and maintaining scalable and efficient codebases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and a desire to contribute to a secure and resilient system.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Experience with cloud computing services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
