As a Logistics Team Leader (m/w/d) based in Viernheim, your role will be to be the heart of our daily operations in the Fulfillment Center (FC). You will coach, motivate, and support your team of shoppers while ensuring they feel supported and working together to achieve great things. Your engagement is key to our efficient warehouse operations.<br><br>In close collaboration with other team leaders and shift supervisors, you will ensure smooth and efficient processes while managing any stress situations with cool heads and a positive attitude.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Team Leadership</strong> </li>
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 20+ shoppers. You are their first point of contact, always have an open ear, and support their development.</li>
- Work closely with other team leaders and shift supervisors to manage processes proactively in the FC. You contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.</li>
- Ensure everything runs smoothly in the FC, from ensuring timely deliveries to maintaining high-quality products, all while displaying a cool head under stress.</li>
- Bring new ideas to the table and continuously improve our logistics processes together with your leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation.</li>
- Earn a competitive salary ranging from 34,000 € to 38,000 € gross, with performance reviews determining your pay.</li>
</ul>
<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Hotel & Hospitality, Gastronomy, or a related field.</li>
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience or equivalent in logistics.</li>
- Fluent in German with good English skills for communication within our international team.</li>
- Available for work in two shifts (6:00 - 14:30 & 14:30 - 23:00, also on weekends) in a 37.5-hour workweek.</li>
