Aufgaben

Führung & Organisation

• Disziplinarische Führung der IT-Abteilung
• Verantwortung für Urlaubsplanung, Vertretungsregelungen
• Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Weiterentwicklung des Teams

Strategische und fachliche IT-Steuerung

• Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft
• Enge Abstimmung mit der Unternehmensleitung zur Umsetzung strategischer Ziele
• Sicherstellung von Betriebssicherheit, Systemverfügbarkeit und Performance
• Verantwortung für IT-Budget und Kostenkontrolle

Dienstleister- und Vertragsmanagement

• Steuerung und Bewertung externer Dienstleister und Anbieter
• Durchführung von Lieferanten- und Kostenbewertungen
• Verhandlung von Verträgen und Konditionen

Kooperationen & Partneranbindungen

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Kooperationsanbindungen und Logistiknetzwerken
• Integration und Koordination von Logistikpartnern und Schnittstellen

Schnittstellen- und Systemmanagement

• Verantwortung für die interne Softwarelandschaft und deren Integration
• Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Informationsaustauschs zwischen Systemen
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen (z. B. zwischen ERP-, LVS- und Archivsystemen)
• Pflege von Stammdaten und Systemkonfigurationen

Prozessmanagement & interne Beratung

• Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen in den eingesetzten IT-Systemen
• Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Umsetzung effizienter Lösungen
• Aufnahme, Bewertung und Steuerung interner AnforderungenSchnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und IT zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung

• Erfahrung in der Führung von IT-Teams
