Requirements

- A strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language and experience with software development tools.
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies, including version control systems, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with project management tools and platforms, such as JIRA, Trello, and similar tools.
- Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation and user manuals.
Background
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. They should also be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or a Scrum Guide (CSG) and have experience with software development tools and methodologies.
