Achievements
- Assisting with the resolution of IT-related issues and service requests at the 1st and 2nd levels of support
- Analyzing and fixing hardware and software problems
- Managing Windows clients, Microsoft 365 environments, and commonly used business applications
- Implementing and supporting user and access management for accounts and issues related to them
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining office systems and peripheral devices
- Documenting and resolving tickets, and escalating complex issues
- Supporting rollouts, migrations, and general IT operations
- Remote and sometimes local support depending on project requirements
Qualifications
- Completed IT training or similar practical experience
- Experienced in 1st and 2nd level IT support
- Expertise in Windows client environments and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Active Directory or similar identity management tools and user and access management
- Knowledge of ticket systems and structured error analysis
- Basic knowledge of network topics such as TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, DNS, and DHCP
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented work style
- Strong focus on service and communication orientation
- Experience with Intune, SCCM, or similar endpoint management solutions
- Experience with ITIL processes
- Experience with remote support solutions like VPN, Citrix, or similar
- Experience with hardware rollouts and migrations
Required Languages
- German - native language
- English - proficient (C1 or higher)
