Senior Full-Stack Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our rapidly growing tech team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for coding, a deep understanding of modern web development, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using the latest technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional designs.
3. Developing and testing full-stack applications using modern web technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, and other front-end and back-end frameworks.
4. Ensuring application performance, reliability, and security through the use of best practices and security protocols.
5. Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and contributing to the overall team's technical knowledge.
6. Participating in code reviews and contributing to the development of best practices for the team.
7. Contributing to the overall company's technical vision and ensuring alignment with company goals.
8. Collaborating with designers and product managers to ensure that the final product meets the desired user experience.
9. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong emphasis on front-end and back-end development.
3. Strong knowledge of modern web technologies, including React, Angular, Node.js, and other front-end and back-end frameworks.
4. Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
8. Experience with cloud-based technologies and their integration with development workflows.
9. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.
