#### The Role
As a client-facing project manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our high-impact business sales and valuation initiatives. Your responsibilities include managing multiple client projects, ensuring seamless project management, and delivering accurate results. A significant aspect of your role will be communicating directly with business owners to understand their needs and drive successful outcomes.
#### Responsibilities
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage the entire lifecycle of each client project, from initial consultation to final completion.
- Client Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with business owners, addressing their concerns and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address potential issues promptly, providing efficient solutions to keep projects on track.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support decision-making and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Be prepared to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, valuation, and legal, to ensure seamless project execution.
#### Requirements
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in the business or financial services sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
