Job Overview:
XYZ Corporation is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer/Technologist with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to join our growing team. As a member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the latest technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Web Applications: Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies to create engaging and user-friendly web applications. Design and develop back-end components using Node.js, Express, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with Designers and Front-end Developers: Work closely with designers and front-end developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of web applications. Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Test and Debug Code: Test and debug code using automated testing tools and manual testing techniques to ensure high-quality web applications. Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and fix bugs.
- Build and Maintain Web Applications: Build and maintain web applications using the latest technologies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in web development.
- Participate in Design and Development Meetings: Attend and contribute to design and development meetings to share knowledge and ideas. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that web applications meet project requirements and are delivered on time.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in web development, including experience with front-end and back-end technologies
- Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies. Proficiency in Node.js, Express, and other relevant technologies for back-end development. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and experience with cloud-based hosting platforms such as AWS or Azure. Experience with front-end testing tools such as Jest or Mocha. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Stack: Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Express, Git, and cloud-based hosting platforms such as AWS or Azure.
