Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead complex digital management projects with a focus on migration and inner matters, using agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Assume responsibility for project scope, time, budget, quality, and risks. Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams in various technological contexts.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with clients from the public sector to create practical IT solutions and digital processes.
- Guide clients on digital transformation questions and identify opportunities for project and solution development.
- Coordinating with agile and/or classical project methodologies, with experience in scaling agile approaches and hybrid project setups.
- Bring relevant project management or Agile certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum PSM/PSPO.
- Bring strong skills in project management and agile methodologies, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Have a solid background in project management, project execution, and agile methodologies.
- Be proficient in spoken and written German and English.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project management of development or digitalization projects.
- Experience in leading cross-disciplinary project teams and assuming responsibility for scope, budget, time, quality, and risks.
- Experience in digitalization projects in the public sector and/or familiarity with migration and inner matters.
- Comfortable working with external clients and understanding of project management as a customer-oriented delivery role.
- Familiarity with agile and/or classical project methodologies and experience with scalable agile approaches or hybrid project setups.
- Relevant project management or Agile certification, e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum PSM/PSPO.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written.
