AI Engineering & Model Optimization

• Entwicklung und Optimierung von AI-Workflows und Agentensystemen
• Fine-Tuning, Evaluation und Verbesserung von KI-Modellen
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von LLM-basierten Anwendungen
• Entwicklung intelligenter Automatisierungen für interne und externe Prozesse
• Integration von APIs, Datenquellen und AI-Services

Prozess- & Systemoptimierung

• Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse

Qualifikation

Fachliche Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer oder Software Engineer
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Erfahrung mit Prompt Engineering und Agentic AI
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python
• Erfahrung mit APIs und Automatisierungsplattformen (z. B. n8n, Make oder Zapier)
• Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen
