Unser herausragendes Team betreut alle Arten von Unternehmenskunden bei der Buchung ihrer Events – angefangen bei kleinen Firmen bis hin zu großen Konzernen, die mit sämtlichen Anfragen zu Messen, Tagungen und Kongresse auf uns zu kommen. Du findest die passenden Locations für ihre Veranstaltungen und erstellst die dazugehörigen Event- und Kooperationsverträge. Bei dir laufen alle Fäden im Hintergrund zusammen.

Deine Rolle

  • Du erstellst Event- und Kooperationsverträge für unsere Kund:innen und holst die Freigaben ein.
  • Du findest passende Locations für Messen, Kongresse und Tagungen.
  • Du pflegst den regelmäßigen Kundenkontakt per Mail und Telefon und baust langfristige Beziehungen auf.
  • Du behältst Timings und Deadlines im Blick – von Vertragsfreigabe bis Veranstaltungsbeginn.
  • Du übernimmst die Pflege und Dokumentation aller Kundendaten und Verträge in unserem CRM-System.
  • Du überprüfst Rechnungen und Freigaben im Zusammenhang mit Veranstaltungen und Sponsoringvereinbarungen.
