Wir suchen KI-Automatisierungsingenieure (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt: Prozessautomatisierung & digitale Lösungen

(m/w/d) gestaltest du bei uns die digitale Zukunft aktiv mit. Dein Fokus: Automatisierung, Integration und die Entwicklung smarter Workflows für unsere verschiedenen Unternehmensbereiche – gerne auch mit Unterstützung von Künstlicher Intelligenz.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer (SaaS-)Anwendungen im Unternehmen
• Einrichtung, Installation und Konfiguration von Standard-Software
• Dokumentation und Konzeption digitaler Geschäftsprozesse
• Planung und Einführung neuer Software- und IT-Lösungen
• Entwicklung von Schnittstellen zur Verbindung von Standardlösungen
• Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben mit Tools wie Make, Zapier oder durch API-Integrationen
• Fehleranalyse, Störungsbeseitigung und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung

Tools & Technologien im Fokus:

• Make & Zapier: Diese Low-Code-Plattformen ermöglichen dir, komplexe Workflows zu automatisieren, Systeme miteinander zu verbinden und datengetriebene Prozesse effizient umzusetzen. Du entwickelst automatisierte Abläufe zur Optimierung interner Geschäftsprozesse und sorgst für eine reibungslose Datenintegration zwischen verschiedenen Anwendungen.
• HubSpot: Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Optimierung von Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Serviceprozessen. Du implementierst Automatisierungen für Lead-Management, CRM-Prozesse und analysierst die Effektivität der Workflows.
• Airtable: Flexible Datenbanklösung zur Organisation und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen. Du konzipierst smarte Datenstrukturen, verbindest Airtable mit anderen Systemen und automatisierst Berichte sowie Dateneingaben.
• API-Integrationen: Aufbau und Verwaltung von API-Schnittstellen zur nahtlosen Verbindung unterschiedlicher Softwarelösungen. Du entwickelst individuelle Schnittstellenlösungen, um bestehende Tools optimal zu integrieren und Arbeitsabläufe zu vereinfachen.
• Künstliche Intelligenz: Implementierung und Nutzung von KI-basierten Lösungen zur Automatisierung komplexer Aufgaben. Dazu gehört die Integration von Machine-Learning-Modellen oder die Nutzung bestehender KI-Tools zur Prozessoptimierung.

Gehalt: 3800 Euro pro Monat (brutto)

Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglich in den nächsten Jahren sind vorhanden.

Stellenanforderungen

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen und im Umgang mit API-Schnittstellen ist wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
• Kenntnisse in Tools wie Make, Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable und weiteren Automatisierungslösungen sind wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
• Begeisterung für innovative Technologien, insbesondere Künstliche Intelligenz und deren Anwendung im Unternehmensumfeld
• Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu verstehen und zu optimieren
