  • Client Leadership & Growth:
    • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für mehrere Kunden – du führst sie strategisch, entwickelst die Partnerschaft aktiv weiter und denkst immer zwei Schritte im Voraus
    • Du erkennst Wachstumspotenziale bevor dein Kunde sie sieht, kommunizierst klar auf Entscheiderebene und begeisterst mit Ergebnissen
    • Du holst das Maximum aus jeder Kundenbeziehung heraus – nicht durch Druck, sondern durch echtes Verständnis für ihre Business-Ziele
    • Du bringst proaktiv neue Ideen, Chancen und Plattform-Entwicklungen in die Kundengespräche ein – du wartest nicht, bis jemand fragt
    • Du identifizierst Upsell- und Cross-Sell-Potenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinen Kunden den nächsten sinnvollen Schritt – immer mit Blick auf ihre Ziele, nicht auf den nächsten Deal
    • Du bereitest Quartals- und Jahres-Reviews vor, die nicht nur Rückblick sind, sondern echte strategische Impulse für das nächste Level setzen

    • Du kennst die KPIs deiner Kunden auswendig und weißt, welcher Hebel gerade der entscheidende ist
  • TikTok Shop Management:
    • Du verantwortest das operative Shop Management deiner Kunden: Produktlistings, Katalogpflege und die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Shop-Struktur
    • Du planst und steuerst Pricing-Strategien und Promotions – von Aktionspreisen über Voucher-Kampagnen bis hin zu plattformseitigen Sale-Events
    • Du analysierst die Shop-Performance anhand relevanter eCom-KPIs (GMV, CR, CTR, ROAS) und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen ab
    • Du hast ein Gespür dafür, welche Produkte performen, warum – und was man dagegen tut, wenn sie es nicht tun
  • Projekt- & Account Management:
    • Du steuerst alle Workflows deiner Kunden und arbeitest eng mit unserem TikTok Shop Team zusammen (Franzi als Lead, Emelie & Laurin im Creator Management)
    • Du hältst Timelines ein, setzt klare Prioritäten und sorgst dafür, dass Kunden an jedem Schritt abgeholt werden
    • Du etablierst skalierbare Standards und Prozesse – und setzt sie für deine Kunden direkt um
    • Du hast KPIs, Reportings und Maßnahmen stets im Blick und präsentierst sie souverän intern wie extern
  • TikTok Shop Strategie:
    • Du entwickelst Jahresstrategien mit, steuerst auf Zielerreichung und hast Marktveränderungen in der TikTok Shop Welt immer auf dem Radar
    • Du lernst schnell, bringst neue Trends und Features aktiv in deine Kundenarbeit ein und wirst über die Zeit zur echten Fachkraft
