Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliches Projektmanagement (Entwicklung bis Serie)
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen
- Entwickeln von Produktionsprozessen und Verantwortlichkeit für die Beschaffung von Betriebsmitteln (insbesondere Werkzeuge)
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Kostenziele bis EOP
- Erstellung von Kalkulationen
- Erstellung und Verhandlung von Angeboten und Verfolgung dieser
- Erarbeitung von Angebotsstrategien zur Erfüllung der Projektziele
- Betreuung ausgewählter Bestandskunden
- Projektcontrolling / Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports für interne und externe Adressaten
- Funktion als Schnittstelle zu unternehmensinternen Bereichen, zu Kunden und zu Lieferanten
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder Fahrzeugtechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Bereiches
- Berufserfahrung in der Umformtechnik und Betriebsmittelbeschaffung, insbesondere Werkzeugbau, idealerweise aus der Automobilindustrie ergänzt durch kaufmännische Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Kommunikationssichere Sprach- und Schreibkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Kenntnisse in CAD von Vorteil, MS Office (Excel, Word und Power Point sowie Kalkulationen)
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz sind erforderlich, sowie die Begeisterung für die Automobilindustrie
