Büchern) und einem klaren Fokus auf Automatisierung, Effizienz und moderne Prozesse. Zur Verstärkung unseres kaufmännischen Teams in Osnabrück suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin tatkräftige Unterstützung in Teilzeit.

Aufgaben

• Kundenbetreuung: Sie übernehmen die professionelle und freundliche Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail und sorgen für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
• Dokumentation & Organisation: Sie verwalten, prüfen und ordnen Belege strukturiert für unsere Buchhaltung vor.
• Lieferantenkommunikation & Pricing: Sie stehen im direkten Austausch mit unseren Lieferanten und übernehmen die regelmäßige Prüfung sowie Optimierung unserer Einkaufspreise.
• Allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten & Marketing: Sie unterstützen uns im administrativen Tagesgeschäft. Nach einer fundierten Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie zudem spannende Aufgaben im Marketing (z. B. Betreuung des Affiliate-Programms, Newsletter-Versand sowie die kontinuierliche Pflege und Optimierung unseres Shopify-Shops und des Marktplatzgeschäfts).

Qualifikation

• Eigenständige Arbeitsweise: Sie organisieren Ihre Aufgaben strukturiert, arbeiten absolut zuverlässig und behalten stets den Überblick.
