Was Dich erwartet

Als Mitglied in unserem Produktentwicklungsteam übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle als Programmierer im Frontend und Backend.

• Produktentwicklung. Du bist in den gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses unserer Finanzplattform eingebunden und entwickelst innovative Features rund um Börsenhandel und finanzielle Unabhängigkeit.
• Innovative Investmentsysteme: Du unterstützt und entwickelst eigenständig in einer dynamischen Startup-Umgebung die nächste Generation intelligenter Investmentsysteme für Privatanleger
• Full-Stack-Entwicklung: Du treibst unsere Finanzplattform im Frontend und Backend technologisch wie konzeptionell voran.
• Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst und optimierst unternehmensinterne Prozesse, Systeme und Algorithmen, um Effizienz, Performance und Qualität unserer Plattform kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
• Agile Zusammenarbeit: Du gestaltest als Mitglied eines agilen Teams den Scrum-Prozess aktiv mit und begleitest alle Phasen von der Planung bis zur Retro mit.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

Du hast eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Wissensdurst für Finanzthemen und willst Dich persönlich zu einem Spezialisten im Finanzbereich entwickeln.

Wir gehen davon aus, dass Du ein Experte in deinem Themenbereich sein willst und bereit dafür bist, sich konstant weiterzuentwickeln - auch bei herausfordernden Aufgaben findest Du schnelle Lösungen und überzeugst mit starken Ideen.

1. Clean Coding. Programmieren ist deine Leidenschaft und du bist ein Clean Coder.
2. Tech-Stack. Du kennst die grundlegenden Technologien wie JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, WordPress, HTML5, CSS. Dabei hast du eine präzise und detailverliebte Arbeitsweise.
3. High Performance. Du bist ein Programmier-Allrounder, der sich durch seine Hands-on-Mentalität stetig weiterentwickeln möchte und Dinge gerne anpackt
4. Verantwortung. Du möchtest und kannst Verantwortung für Deinen Themenbereich übernehmen, um daraus schnell persönlich zu wachsen.
5. Ergebnisorientierung. Du packst Dinge an. Dabei bist du diszipliniert, eigenständig und ergebnisorientiert.
6. Kommunikation. Dein Deutsch ist idealerweise auf C1 Level. Dein Englisch ist gut für Konversationen.
