  • Architektur & Feinschliff: Du konfigurierst und administrierst HubSpot so, dass Sales-, Marketing- und Service-Teams nicht nur mit dem Tool arbeiten, sondern durch deine Setups echte Bestleistungen erzielen.
  • Prozess-Design: Du gehst den Dingen auf den Grund. Du analysierst bestehende Workflows, konzipierst neue CRM-Strukturen und optimierst sie für maximale Effizienz und messbares Wachstum.
  • Strategisches Sparring: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um deren Business-Herausforderungen zu verstehen und sie in innovative, technische Roadmaps zu übersetzen.
  • Tech-Deep-Dive: Du entwickelst technische Konzepte, die auch bei komplexen Anforderungen (wie Custom Objects oder API-Logiken) standhalten und bringst aktiv eigene Ideen ein.
