Deine Aufgaben bei uns

Als Junior Software Engineer (all genders) arbeitest du gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg*innen an modernen Softwarelösungen für unterschiedliche Kund*innen. Dabei erhältst du die Möglichkeit, dein technisches Know-how kontinuierlich auszubauen, neue Technologien kennenzulernen und Verantwortung für eigene Themen zu übernehmen.

• Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung moderner Softwarelösungen und arbeitest je nach Projekt an Frontend-, Backend- oder Cloud-Anwendungen mit.
• Du wirkst bei Architektur-, API- und Plattformlösungen mit und lernst, technische Zusammenhänge und Entscheidungen besser zu verstehen.
• Du nutzt moderne Entwicklungswerkzeuge, Frameworks und KI gestützte Tools und lernst diese sinnvoll in deinen Arbeitsalltag zu integrieren.
• Du arbeitest dich aktiv in neue Technologien, Tools und Engineering Praktiken ein und entwickelst deine technischen Fähigkeiten kontinuierlich weiter.
• Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Prototypen und Lösungsansätze für unsere Kund*innen.
• Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Entwicklungsstandards und Best Practices mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
• Du beschäftigst dich mit modernen KI-Tools und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten in der Softwareentwicklung und unterstützt bei der Bewertung und Erprobung neuer Ansätze.
• Du nimmst an technischen Reviews, Wissensaustauschformaten und Teamworkshops teil und lernst von den Erfahrungen deiner Kolleg*innen.
