Responsibilities

- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that software meets client and user requirements. This includes conducting code reviews, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Problem Solving: Address technical issues and provide solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your team. This may involve collaborating with other departments or external consultants as needed.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that project goals are clearly understood.

Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Lead Engineer or similar role. Should have a strong background in software development, preferably with experience in React, Python, and Node.js. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Skills: Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of React, Python, and Node.js, as well as other related technologies. Proficiency in debugging, testing, and quality assurance processes.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership skills, able to effectively lead teams and provide direction. Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Other Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies, familiarity with version control tools like Git, and experience with software testing frameworks like Selenium or PyTest.
