Für unser Team suchen wir einen Key Account Manager (m/w/d), der unsere Bestandskunden zu echten Fans macht – durch exzellente Betreuung, kluge Beratung und das konsequente Erkennen von Wachstumspotenzialen.

Aufgaben

  • Kundenbeziehungen ausbauen: Du bist verantwortlich für den langfristigen Ausbau der Beziehungen zu unseren wichtigsten Kunden – von Bauunternehmen über Industriebetriebe bis zu Handwerksbetrieben.
  • Strategischer Berater: Du berätst unsere Bestandskunden professionell zu unseren Recruiting-Dienstleistungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen die nächsten Schritte ihrer Recruiting-Strategie.
  • Schnittstelle nach innen: Du steuerst die Kommunikation und koordinierst die Umsetzung mit unseren internen Fachabteilungen – Strategieberatung, Projektmanagement und Mediaproduktion – und sorgst für reibungslose Übergaben.
  • Upselling mit Substanz: Mit jedem zufriedenen Kunden und jedem abgeschlossenen Zusatzgeschäft (Karriereseite, Mediaproduktionstag, Social-Media-Management, Bewertungsmanagement) sorgst Du für mehr Umsatz und mehr Weiterempfehlungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Vertrieb und dem Projektmanagement-Team zusammen, um nahtlose Übergaben und eine konstante Servicequalität sicherzustellen.
  • Sichtbarkeit zeigen: Du repräsentierst LK Recruiting bei Veranstaltungen und Kunden-Calls und stehst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.

Qualifikation

  • Exzellente Kommunikation: Du hast Verhandlungsgeschick, bist empathisch, wortgewandt und überzeugst auf Augenhöhe – auch bei Geschäftsführern und Inhabern.
  • Fingerspitzengefühl: Du bist ein guter Diplomat und gehst auf jeden Kunden individuell ein.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Du denkst analytisch und strukturiert und erkennst Wachstumschancen, bevor der Kunde selbst danach fragt.
  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, Account Management oder Projektmanagement mit – Quereinsteiger mit nachweisbaren Fähigkeiten sind ebenfalls herzlich eingeladen.
  • Feedback-Kultur: Eine ehrliche, direkte Kommunikation mit Vorgesetzten und Kollegen gehört für Dich zu einem guten Arbeitsverhältnis.
