Als Junior Manager im Bereich Fahrwerk / Suspension bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle, wenn es um unsere Applikationsprojekte geht – vom ersten Kundenkontakt bis zur Serienproduktion. Du koordinierst, moderierst, bringst Menschen zusammen und trägst dafür Sorge, dass technische Exzellenz, Kundenzufriedenheit und Zeitpläne im Einklang stehen.
Kurz: Du hältst die Fäden in der Hand und gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft der Mobilität an unserem Standort Frankfurt am Main.
Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Koordination neuer und bestehender Applikationsprojekte – von der Nominierung bis zur Serienproduktion
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Konstruktion durch aktive Unterstützung bei CAD-Tätigkeiten
- Mitwirkung an der Produktentwicklung und Validierung – von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife
- Funktion als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Betrieb, Vertrieb, Entwicklung, Lieferanten sowie internen Projektbeteiligten
- Sicherstellung des Projektfortschritts und Einhaltung interner sowie externer Meilensteine auf dem Weg zur Serienproduktion
- Organisation, Durchführung und Moderation von Projektmeetings – z. B. Projekt-Gateway-Besprechungen
- Erstellung, Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Projektterminplänen, Maßnahmenlisten (LOPs) und relevanter Projektdokumentation
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung zum Projektstatus – sowohl in internen Runden als auch bei externen Kundenmeetings
- Betreuung und technische Begleitung von Projekten auch nach SOP – bei Änderungen, Optimierungen oder technischem Troubleshooting
Qualifikation
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbarer Ingenieursrichtung
- Technisches Verständnis für Fahrwerkssysteme (Suspension), Erfahrung in Konstruktion, Testing, Validierung oder Tuning von Vorteil
- Du bist organisiert, lösungsorientiert und weißt, wie man auch unter Druck strukturiert und verlässlich arbeitet
- Du kennst dich mit Änderungs-, Problem- und Anforderungsmanagement aus
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und kannst dich sicher auf technischer wie menschlicher Ebene ausdrücken
- Du arbeitest gerne international, bist offen für Reisen und gehst souverän mit kultureller Vielfalt um
