Aufgaben

• 1st-Level-IT-Support für Anwender:innen in Deutschland und an internationalen Standorten
• Bearbeitung und Lösung von Serviceanfragen über Ticketsysteme unter angemessener Priorisierung
• Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Laptops, Monitoren, mobilen Endgeräten und Softwareumgebunge
• Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugriffsrechten in Microsoft 365 und Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Problemen in Windows-Umgebungen, bei grundlegenden Netzwerkthemen sowie im Bereich IT-Sicherheit
• Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragestellungen im Tagesgeschäft in serviceorientierter Weise
• Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten, Systemeinführungen und Infrastrukturverbesserungen
• Dokumentation von Vorfällen und Lösungen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Wissensdatenbank

Qualifikation

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11 und grundlegenden Netzwerkthemen (DNS, DHCP, VPN, WLAN
• Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen und strukturiertem Incident Management
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit und serviceorientierte Denkweis
• Fähigkeit, eigenständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig zu arbeiten
• Proaktive, flexible Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
