Mit unserer Marke Ongle24 haben wir Frankreich bereits erobert – bringen aber mittlerweile mit Proglow auch den deutschen, italienischen, niederländischen und polnischen Markt zum Glänzen! Aufgaben

• Influencer Management: Du übernimmst die direkte Kommunikation mit unseren Influencern und steuerst unsere Kooperationen von der ersten Anfrage bis zum finalen Posting.
• Content Creation: Du fungierst als kreativer Ideengeber und hast Freude daran, originellen Content eigenständig zu planen, zu produzieren und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten.
• Shop-Optimierung: Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung unseres deutschen Onlineshops.
• Visuals: Kleinere Bildretuschen und Fotomontagen sind für dich ein Kinderspiel.
• Teamplayer: Im Social-Team unterstützt du bei Kampagnen sowie Shootings und stehst auch gerne selbst vor der Kamera, um authentischen Content zu kreieren.
• Verantwortung: Mittel- bis langfristig übernimmst du die eigenverantwortliche Leitung eines Kanals (z. B. TikTok oder Pinterest).

Qualifikation

• Sprachgefühl: Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und kommunizierst zudem sicher und fließend auf Englisch.
• Kreativität: Dein Umfeld schätzt dich für dein ästhetisches Gespür und dein Auge für Details.
• Expertise: Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit Gel- oder Shellac-Nägeln (falls nicht, bringen wir dir alles Wissenswerte bei).
• Vorerfahrung: Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Influencer Management sind von Vorteil.
