Aufgaben

Dein Beitrag sorgt dafür, dass unsere Prozesse reibungslos laufen, indem ...

  • administrative Tätigkeiten im Personalbereich zuverlässig übernimmst und unsere HR-Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt
  • Bewerbungsgespräche koordinierst, Termine abstimmst und die Kommunikation mit Bewerbenden übernimmst, insbesondere im Rahmen der Rekrutierung von Saisonkräften im zweiten Halbjahr
  • telefonische oder digitale Erstinterviews mit Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern führst
  • Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Bescheinigungen und weitere personalrelevante Dokumente erstellst, pflegst und verwaltest
  • Personalakten sowie HR-Stammdaten sorgfältig und aktuell hältst, sofern Änderungen nicht direkt durch die Mitarbeitenden im Employee Self Service vorgenommen werden können
  • das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender organisatorisch vorbereitest und begleitest
  • Offboarding-Prozesse administrativ koordinierst und für einen strukturierten Austritt sorgst

  • bei HR-Projekten, Schulungen und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse unterstützend mitwirkst

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

  • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, einen Bachelor oder einen Master
  • erste Berufserfahrung im administrativen Bereich, im Recruiting oder im Personalwesen ist von Vorteil
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
