Junior Finance Manager (m/w/d)

Die Position wird in einer unbefristeten Festanstellung direkt bei unserer Auftraggeberin besetzt.

Aufgaben

• Sie unterstützen das Team (6 Personen) ganzheitlich im operativen Tagesgeschäft der Finanzfunktion für die deutschen Standorte.
• Sie fungieren als Mentor und Vermittler zwischen jungen Kolleg:innen um dem Fachbereichsleiter.
• Sie verantworten und steuern den gesamten Fakturierungsprozess in enger Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern.
• Sie wirken bei der Führung der Geschäftsbücher nach HGB mit und stellen die Einhaltung regulatorischer sowie steuerlicher Vorgaben sicher.
• Sie übernehmen die Erstellung monatlicher und jährlicher Statistiken sowie die Meldungen zum grenzüberschreitenden Zahlungsverkehr.
• Sie führen fundierte Kontenanalysen im Hauptbuch durch und bearbeiten zuverlässig Ad-hoc-Anfragen sowie komplexe Reportings.
• Sie prüfen Rechnungen, Zahlungen und Reisekostenabrechnungen und sind für die Erstellung monatlicher Bilanzabstimmungen zuständig.
• Sie treiben Projekte zur Prozessoptimierung aktiv voran und unterstützen administrativ bei der Verwaltung des Online-Bankings.

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Finanzbereich.
• Sie blicken auf mindestens 6 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung zurück, idealerweise im Umfeld von Beratungsunternehmen.
• Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift (fließend).
• Ein routinierter Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) ist für Sie selbstverständlich
• Kenntnisse in DATEV, SAP oder Elite 3E sind von Vorteil.
