Für den Aufbau und die eigenständige Betreuung unseres Standorts im Raum Ulm / Neu-Ulm suchen wir engagierte und leistungsorientierte Nachwuchskräfte im Bereich Energieberatung.

Ziel der Position:
Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung und Betreuung des regionalen Marktes, von der Kundenakquisition bis zur vollständigen Projektabwicklung.

Keine klassische Sachbearbeitung, sondern Persönlichkeiten, die Verantwortung übernehmen wollen.

Aufgaben

• Aktive Kundenakquisition und Aufbau eines regionalen Netzwerks
• Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Terminen bei Privat- und Geschäftskunden
• Fachliche Beratung zu energetischen Sanierungsmaßnahmen und Fördermöglichkeiten
• Eigenständige Projektabwicklung (inkl. Dokumentation, Abstimmung und Begleitung)
• Baubegleitung und Qualitätssicherung im Rahmen der umgesetzten Maßnahmen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (Bachelor oder Master) z.B. als Bauingenieur oder Architekt, Versorgungs-, Elektroingenieur oder vergleichbares (m/w/d).
• Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Energieberater (m/w/d), alternativ unterstützen wir Dich gerne dabei, diese im Rahmen Deiner Tätigkeit bei viviania zu absolvieren.
• Überdurchschnittliches Engagement und unternehmerisches Denken
• Hohe Eigenständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten beim Kunden vor Ort
• Interesse daran, einen eigenen regionalen Verantwortungsbereich aktiv aufzubauen
