Jeden Tag wickeln wir eine eine Vielzahl an Bestellungen ab und bedienen Kunden mit einem vielfältigen Produktsortiment, dessen Schwerpunkte auf Büchern, Medien, Spielzeug und Elektronik liegen. Da unser Erfolg stetig wächst, suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Teams in Osnabrück zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Unterstützung in Vollzeit oder auch Teilzeit.

Aufgaben

• Bestellabwicklung & Customer Service: Sie sind verantwortlich für die zuverlässige Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen sowie die professionelle Lösung aller daraus entstehenden Kundenanfragen.
• Koordination des Tagesgeschäfts: Sie unterstützen aktiv bei der operativen Steuerung und Optimierung der täglichen Abläufe im Online-Handel.
• Lieferantenmanagement: Sie übernehmen die gezielte Akquise neuer Lieferanten und bauen strategische Partnerschaften weiter aus.
• Marktplatz-Marketing: Sie planen, koordinieren und vereinbaren reichweitenstarke Werbemaßnahmen direkt mit den jeweiligen Online-Marktplätzen, um unsere Sichtbarkeit und Umsätze weiter zu steigern.

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (vorzugsweise im kaufmännischen Bereich oder im E-Commerce) oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung.
• Erfahrung: Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Customer Service und/oder im E-Commerce-Bereich sind wünschenswert.
• IT-Kompetenz: Sie bringen gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für digitale Prozesse mit.
• Arbeitsweise: Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
• Persönlichkeit: Sie überzeugen durch eine freundliche, kommunikative und hochmotivierte Persönlichkeit mit echtem Teamgeist.
