Aufgaben

• Sie übernehmen die umfassende und wertorientierte Steuerung der Geschäftseinheiten, was GuV, Bilanz, Cashflow und das Controlling von Maßnahmen einschließt.
• Sie begleiten und koordinieren die Erstellung der jährlichen Unternehmensplanung sowie von Zwischenprognosen und mittelfristigen Planungen im Verlauf des Jahres.
• Sie führen eigenständig finanzielle Sonderprojekte in Absprache mit der Geschäftsführung durch.
• Sie arbeiten an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Controlling-Ansätze und -Instrumente und streben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen der internen Prozesse an.
• Sie sind für die Erstellung der monatlichen und jährlichen Abschlüsse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting-Team verantwortlich und analysieren sowie kommentieren die Geschäftsentwicklung für das Management-Board.

Qualifikation

• Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit Schwerpunkt in Controlling und Finanzen.
• Sie konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Controlling/Finanzen sammeln, vorzugsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
• Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten sind stark ausgeprägt, und Sie beherrschst die Interpretation von Daten und Informationen sowie deren klare und logische Darstellung.
• Ihr Arbeitsstil zeichnet sich durch Struktur und Hands-on-Mentalität aus. Zudem sind Sie ein Teamplayer mit einer offenen Persönlichkeit und empfinden Freude daran, sich in neue Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten und komplexe Prozesse zu verstehen und zu optimieren.
• Sie besitzen ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse und sind in der Lage, sich schnell in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten, wie zum Beispiel SAP-Business One oder Lucanet.
