Vertrieb – du gewinnst die Projekte:

• Du kontaktierst aktiv potenzielle Neukunden per Telefon und Direktansprache und weckst Interesse an unseren digitalen Recruiting-Lösungen.
• Du analysierst die Recruiting-Herausforderungen der Unternehmen, identifizierst konkreten Handlungsbedarf und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Strategien.
• Du präsentierst deine Lösungen überzeugend und begleitest den Prozess bis zum Abschluss.

Recruiting – du setzt sie um:

• Nach Vertragsabschluss steuerst du das Projekt eigenständig weiter – von der Kampagnenplanung bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung.
• Du koordinierst eingehende Bewerbungen, qualifizierst Kandidaten vor und sorgst für eine professionelle Candidate Experience.

Dein Fundament:

• Du dokumentierst deine Aktivitäten sauber im CRM, behältst deine Pipeline im Blick und arbeitest zielorientiert auf deine KPIs hin.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Geschäftsführung zusammen und bringst Ideen zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse ein.
