2026 habe ich mich dazu entschieden, SpotOn zu gründen. Wir sind ein junges, dynamisches Unternehmen, das sich darauf spezialisiert hat, Unternehmen jeder Größe auf der ganzen Welt dabei zu unterstützen, zu wachsen und die richtigen Leute zu finden. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf den Bereichen Construction, Handwerk und Engineering.

Jetzt soll und darf unsere Mannschaft weiterwachsen – deshalb suche ich einen Consultant in Köln (mit der Option auf Remote-Arbeit zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt). Ob du bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt hast oder einfach für dich entschieden hast, dass du mehr willst als der Rest – das ist erstmal zweitrangig.

Aufgaben

Der Job als Consultant bei uns sieht ungefähr wie folgt aus:

• Account Management & Sales: Du lernst bei uns den Kundenkontakt von Grund auf – Cold Calling, Networking, aber auch die Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen gehören zu deinem Gebiet.
• Recruiting: Du lernst die HR-Seite aus der Perspektive einer Beratung kennen: Interviews, Assessments, Profiling und Beratungsgespräche.
• Projektmanagement: Du arbeitest 360 Grad – das heißt, du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für deine Projekte (sobald du so weit bist). Du betreust sowohl Kunden als auch Kandidaten und stellst am Ende das perfekte Match her.

Qualifikation

Um bei uns erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du Folgendes mitbringen:

• Hunger: Das ist ein Sales-Job – wenn du nicht ein bisschen die "Wolf of Wall Street"-Mentalität mitbringst, wird es bei uns schwer. Wir sind alle sehr ambitioniert – die einen träumen vom 911er, die anderen vom Haus auf Bali für Mama und Papa. Jeder hat sein eigenes Ziel – wichtig ist nur, dass du intrinsische Motivation mitbringst.
• Sprachliche Fähigkeiten: Deutsch ist ein Muss, Englisch solltest du mindestens auf B2-Niveau sprechen und offen dafür sein, dich eigenständig weiterzuentwickeln.
• Disziplin: Die erste Zeit in diesem Job kann hart und anstrengend sein. Wer durchhält, wird am Ende dafür belohnt. Aus eigener Erfahrung kann ich sagen, dass die meisten im ersten Jahr mit einem guten fünfstelligen Bonus rausgehen.
• Führerschein: Wäre optimal – Kundenbesuche machen wir meistens vor Ort, oder du fährst die Stopps mit unserem Poolfahrzeug ab.
