We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Manager to join our team. This role will require you to lead and manage a team of technical support professionals, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with experience in managing teams and implementing effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technical support professionals
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our IT systems and infrastructure
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and IT services
- Ensure the security and reliability of our IT systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support and management
- Strong background in IT support, including experience with network, server, and application support
- Experience in implementing and managing IT systems and infrastructure
- Proven track record of successfully resolving technical issues and improving customer satisfaction
- Experience with project management and team leadership
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of IT security and infrastructure
