Job Title: Full-Stack Web Developer
#### Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team of innovators and problem-solvers. As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications and websites. #### Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development:
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Implement and maintain front-end and back-end functionalities using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop responsive websites and web applications that meet client requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code to ensure scalability and maintainability.
2. Technical Project Management:
- Work closely with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time, maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Lead the development team in implementing best practices and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
3. Code Reviews and Testing:
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in testing processes to ensure the quality of the products developed.
- Implement automated tests to increase the reliability and resilience of the applications.
4. Documentation and Communication:
- Write clear, concise, and detailed documentation for both developers and clients.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation to enhance team productivity.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and the client, ensuring communication and understanding of project requirements.
5. Technical Knowledge and Tools:
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the field of web development.
- Proficient in a variety of web development languages and frameworks, including Node.js, Express, and Docker.
- Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of version control systems like Git, and experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
#### Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects, including front-end and back-end development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum or Kanban environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies such as Angular, Vue.js, or React.
- Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with database management and query languages such as SQL.
- Experience with server-side frameworks like Express, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, and knowledge of responsive design principles.
- Strong understanding of version control systems and experience with Git.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
