Lead Full-Stack Developer - React, Node, and Python
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about creating scalable and user-friendly applications. As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will lead a team of developers to build innovative solutions that enhance the user experience. You will work closely with the design and product teams to develop cutting-edge applications that are both functional and visually appealing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality code that adheres to best practices and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions
- Lead and mentor team members, providing technical guidance and support
- Build and maintain a robust, scalable, and maintainable application architecture
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and automated testing
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality code
- Strong proficiency in React, Node, and Python, and experience with at least one other technology stack (e.g. Angular, Ruby, Java)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and a willingness to adopt new technologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Familiarity with design patterns and architecture principles
- Experience with cloud computing services (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices
Preferred:
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g. Angular, Vue)
- Experience with database design and management
- Experience with API design and development
- Knowledge of design patterns and architecture principles
