Wir suchen Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als IT Specialist (m/w/d). Die Position wird in einer unbefristeten Festanstellung direkt bei unserem Auftraggeber besetzt.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der ca. 60 Mitarbeitenden am Standort München in verschiedenen 1st-und 2nd-Level Support-Anfragen; zusammen mit einem weiteren Teamkollegen
• Hardware (PC, Drucker, Tablets, Handys) konfigurieren und personalisieren
• Installation und Troubleshooting unterschiedlicher Software-Lösungen
• Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten (Soft- und Hardware)
• Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Konferenz-Technologien (insb. Video-Telefonie)
• gemeinschaftliche Bearbeitung des Ticketing-Systems
• Führung eines IT-Inventars
• selbstständige Beobachtung und Einführung neuer Technologie-Lösungen
• Übernahme von eigenen (globalen) IT-Projekten nach Absprache und Kompetenzprofil

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Studium
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Berufserfahrung in einer Kanzlei ist zwingend erforderlich
• idealerweise konnten Sie bereits Berufserfahrung als IT-Support-Spezialist (m/w/d) oder Systemadministrator sammeln
• Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse der wichtigsten MS-Office-Produkte und ein gutes generelles Verständnis von Hardware (PC, Drucker, Tablets, Notebooks und Server)
• Sie überzeugen durch eine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise und freundliches Auftreten
